AT HOME WILL

Many people prefer to make their will at home and that’s understandable. Not everyone is comfortable discussing sensitive personal matters on a video call. We’re happy to travel to you anywhere in Clevedon, North Somerset and the surrounding areas.

We will sit down with you and find out exactly what your wishes are. We’ll take the time to explain things to you, concentrating on any areas of concern and identifying the best way for you to dispose of your property in your will.

POWERS OF ATTORNEY

Lasting powers of attorneys enable you to appoint one or more people (your attorneys) to help you make decisions or to make decisions on your behalf. Your attorneys must always act in your best interests. Powers of attorney give you more control over what happens to you if you have an accident or become so unwell that you can’t make decisions for yourself.

There are two types of power, health and welfare and property and financial affairs. We can help you make your power of attorney after meeting you at home or online, offering you advice on matters such as your choice of attorney and whether you wish to restrict what your attorney can do for you.
